AI Enhancements, VoC Topic Discovery Upgrades & Free Plan Changes

We’re excited to share some major updates today, including new AI detections, enhancements to Topic Discovery and Tracking dashboards for 'Customer Intelligence' subscribers, and details on our shift to a 'view-only' free plan.

New AI Detections: 'Key Decisions' and 'Questions Asked'

Recaps now automatically detect key decisions made in meetings and the questions your customers ask.

Coming soon, we’ll enhance these detections by:
Adding a 'Key Decisions' timeline to every account brief
Grouping customer questions into central themes -- helping you build better product education and content

We’ve noticed some overlap between 'Key Decisions' and 'Next Steps' -- but that’s expected. The two naturally correlate, and both offer valuable insights.

Topic Discovery Just Got Better

VoC topic discovery is UpdateAI’s "pièce de résistance" -- and it’s evolving fast. Over the coming weeks, you’ll see several UX improvements, big and small.

Starting today:
1. New topics now include short descriptions, so you can get the gist before diving into details
2. You can filter by multiple accounts in the dashboard
3. Adding new CRM properties for filtering is easier than ever (Admins --> make sure to connect your CRM for the full UpdateAI experience!)

Shifting Our Free Plan to 'View Only'

As previously announced, our free plan will shift to a 'view-only' model starting March 2, 2025.
