1. Stakeholder "Advocacy Status" Detection

What It Is: Automatically detects whether stakeholders are Champions or Detractors, and separately identifies Decision Makers — all based on meeting content alone. No CRM data needed!

  • Notifications for decision-maker gaps and communication risks

2. "Topics I'm Following"

What It Is: You can now "follow" topics within the UpdateAI platform, keeping a close eye on the discussions that matter most to you.

Why It Matters: This is the first step toward creating a personalized VoC newsfeed, delivering key soundbites from your customer conversations directly to you -- think of it as the TikTok of VoC insights (without the geopolitical drama!).
