Custom Bot Names, Enhanced Account Reporting & More

Today, we’re sharing two powerful feature enhancements, a fix to a critical performance issue, and an invite to our next product webinar.

1. Customize Your Bot’s Name

You can now personalize the display name of your bot meeting assistant! Head to your settings to customize it. This is a per-user setting, allowing each team member to choose a unique name.

2. More Control in Framework Reporting

If you haven’t explored UpdateAI’s Framework Reporting yet, take this interactive tour -- it’s one of our most time-saving features.

Now, you can select a custom date range when generating Framework reports for any account. This makes it incredibly easy to pull insights when your manager or exec asks for a Q1 summary of key accounts, including sentiment trends, escalations, and sales opportunities.

3. A Performance Issue, A Fix, and an Apology

Three weeks ago, we introduced an update that unintentionally caused speaker labels to get mixed up in meeting transcripts. This issue impacted a subset of users, and since speaker identification is critical to our AI analysis, we recognize the frustration this caused.

I personally want to apologize for this. The underlying issue has now been fixed, and speaker labels are once again accurately detected.
