Enhanced CRM Syncing with UpdateAI
Hello Everyone,
We’re excited to introduce an improved experience for syncing UpdateAI with your CRM!
(Please read to the end for an important action item.)
This Wednesday, September 25, we’ll be rolling out updates that make our connections to Salesforce and HubSpot more reliable and user-friendly. These changes will also pave the way for more advanced sync capabilities in the future.
This update will only affect users on our Business Team Plan.
What’s new:
Workspace owners will now be able to choose which CRM fields are pulled into UpdateAI account pages.
When the owner of a meeting in UpdateAI has their CRM connected, meeting notes will be synced to the CRM under their name. If they don't have a CRM connection, the notes will be pushed under the primary CRM profile associated with your UpdateAI account.
The Portfolio Insights dashboard will temporarily no longer be filterable by CRM segments. More advanced filtering options will be available soon.
Important: After the update, everyone with a connected CRM account will need to reconnect their CRM.
If you are not on the Business Plan, you won’t be affected by this update.
