This week, we’ve rolled out new feature enhancements to improve your experience on our platform.

Why Didn’t the Bot Record?

Sometimes, the bot lingered in meetings even though it wasn’t recording. The culprit? Either the meeting host denied recording permissions, or their Zoom settings blocked the bot from even asking. This left our users frustrated, thinking the bot was recording when it wasn’t.

Now, the bot will leave immediately if it can’t record and drop a quick chat message on its way out. Simple fix! Of course, the ultimate solution is to ensure the host grants recording permissions.

Better Status Explanations for Past Recaps

Meeting notetaking sounds simple, but it comes with its quirks. We’ve added more granular statuses to your past meeting recaps. If something seems off, you’ll now see clear explanations for why a recap might be missing.

We’ve Sunset ‘Favorite Accounts’ (For Now)

We initially launched the Favorite Accounts tab to give CSMs, AEs, and AMs a go-to hub for account updates. While the vision was solid, this first version didn’t bring enough value. So, we’re pausing it for now until we can deliver a more robust experience later this year.

Fixed UI Issues on Lower-Resolution Browsers

While most of our users are on Chrome, some folks using Edge or Safari at lower resolutions ran into a few gnarly UI quirks. We’ve addressed the critical fixes, but if you spot anything else, let us know.

Previously, generating Stakeholder Profiles and Account Stories required manual effort. While this saved resources on our end, it wasn’t ideal for you.

Now, these features update automatically after every meeting your team has with a customer account. No waiting required! Stakeholder Profiles, one of our hottest features, just got even better.

A Better Sidebar

Our old sidebar wasn’t great. Over the holidays, we redesigned it to make navigation more intuitive. Same functionality though.
