I want to share something big - directly with you, as a customer and supporter of our product.
UpdateAI has been acquired by Gainsight - the leader in Customer Success and Post-Sales software.
This is a huge milestone for us - and one that reflects everything we’ve built together. From day one, our mission has been to help teams run better customer meetings and extract more value from every conversation. With your feedback and partnership, UpdateAI has become the go-to conversational intelligence solution for Post-Sales teams.
And now, that foundation is about to power something even bigger.
What’s Changing (and What’s Not)
We’re not going anywhere. Our team, and our tech, will continue forward as part of Gainsight Atlas, a new Agentic AI platform for Customer Success teams.
Your experience stays consistent. We remain fully committed to supporting you through this transition.
No new user onboarding (for now). We’re pausing new sign-ups while we finalize the long-term integration roadmap.
What’s Ahead with Atlas
Atlas is a new kind of AI platform – not just a co-pilot, but a proactive teammate that helps retention teams scale intelligently. Our product DNA lives at the core of Atlas. And our team is now leading its development from inside Gainsight.
