2. More Actionability in Your Topic Discovery Dashboard
Available to customers on our Customer Intelligence Plan (formerly Business Plan), our Voice of Customer (VoC) Topic Discovery Dashboard just got smarter and more actionable.
You can now:
Create & delete custom topics
Pin topics you want to lock in place
Disable topics that feel off or irrelevant
