This week marks the launch of two features designed to elevate the way you share meeting recaps with your peers and customers. I'm particularly thrilled about the first one – it's a game-changer in enhancing your sharing experience!

1. Introducing: "Share Wizard"

Imagine sharing AI-generated summaries of your meetings, tailored precisely to what your audience cares about - no more, no less. Think of it as creating custom-crafted summaries for each recipient - without any noise!

That's exactly the brilliance behind our "Share Wizard"!

Here's how it works:

1. Select the insights you want to share.

2. Hit the "Share Wizard" button.

3. Let UpdateAI generate a polished short summary.

You can then easily copy and share this content through emails, Slack, or any other communication platform. The best part? These summaries come with footnotes, allowing your peers to dive deeper into specific parts of the meeting if they wish.

Our goal with this feature is simple: to streamline knowledge sharing by generating digestible, impactful content.

2. Introducing Enhanced Public Sharing Options (YouTube-Style):

• Public Link: The familiar default. Share your meeting recap openly; anyone with the link gains unrestricted access.

• Private Link: Add a layer of privacy. Viewers must provide their email address to access the recap, enhancing security.

• User-Specific Link: Maximum control. Specify the email addresses allowed to access the recap, ensuring exclusive access.

Moreover, you can now control which parts of the recap are viewable to the public. Plus, the ability to manage and customize links for different groups is at your fingertips.

We believe these enhancements will make it simpler and more secure to share your meetings with customers and external partners, all while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and security.
