We've heard your applause for our Smart Summaries, but we also recognize there are times you'd want to revisit the exact instances from those synthesized moments. Considering our AI is generative, it doesn't "extract" dialogue verbatim, making this a somewhat complex requirement to address.

But guess what? We've cracked it!

As of today, you can choose any bullet point from the Smart Summary and it will navigate you back to the original parts of the discussion corresponding to the selected highlight. You can now seize the essence from our Smart Summary, and then replay your customers' words in their original context.

We're proud to introduce this new feature as "Smart Clips", currently in a preview launch phase. 'Launch preview' means the Smart Clips is functioning flawlessly. However, we recognize the importance of UX for the success of this feature. Hence, we'll be evolving the UI/UX in the following weeks to absolutely perfect the experience for our users!
