Hi UpdateAI Friends,

We’re excited to share a powerful new addition to your UpdateAI experience: on-demand reporting!

Starting today, you can generate two types of reports that give you actionable insights into:

1. How your team is engaging customers

2. How your accounts align with key qualification frameworks (like MEDDICC, BANT, or your own custom models)

Here’s how to get started:

1. Go to the Reports section in the left-hand menu

2. Click Run New Report

3. Choose the framework you want to analyze

We’ll process your request and notify you when your Excel report is ready for download.

How we use these reports at UpdateAI:

Account Reports

We use these to identify trends across customer cohorts -- such as what differentiates customers who renewed or converted vs. those who didn’t.

Team Reports

We rely on these to track how each team member captures qualification info. It’s a great tool for coaching and enablement.
