Spring Product Update: Weekly Digests for Topics You Follow

We’ve got a few important updates to share:

  1. Weekly digests for new detections in followed topics

  2. Fix for rescheduled meetings not being tracked

  3. Bot outage recap and reliability stats

1. New : Weekly Topic Digests

Users on the Customer Intelligence Plan can now follow custom topics in the Topic Discovery dashboard -- helping you track what's most important across your accounts (e.g., Risk, Opportunity, Product Feedback).

Now, those insights come straight to your inbox. Every Friday at 7AM (local time set in your account), you’ll receive a weekly digest of all new detections in the topics you follow. It’s the easiest way to stay on top of what matters.

2. Fix : Rescheduling Past Meetings

We’ve resolved a known issue that impacted how we handled rescheduled meetings.

Previously, if a past calendar event was moved to a future date, the bot wouldn’t join -- or if it was a Zoom meeting with native recording, the recap might not map to the correct event.

That’s now fixed. Rescheduled meetings will be tracked, recorded, and matched correctly, even when reusing the same calendar invite.


3. Update : Bot Outage Resolved

On March 19, we experienced a 4-hour bot outage from 17:00 to 21:00 UTC, which led to missed recaps for some users. I sincerely apologize for the disruption.

After reviewing our performance data, I want to share that over the past six months, UpdateAI has delivered 99.655% uptime (0.345% downtime). While our standard is 100%, I hope this helps reinforce our long-term reliability.
